Good crystals to have around you are Amethyst, Selenite (particularly towers), Fluorite, Calcite, Celestite, Angelite, Black Tourmaline, and Smoky Quartz. I have tattoos that protect my body but I also wear sacred jewelry and have my bed surrounded with herbs, crystals, art, and trinkets that help keep me calm, remind me how loved I am, and you guessed it, keep my anchored to this world. This also keeps you anchored to the physical world we are anchored/rooted to this world primarily by love of people, places, animals, objects–whatever has our heart helps anchor us to our humanity aka our meat suit. If you are a known traveler or think you are, the first step is to protect the physical body this keeps your shell safe from attachments, infestation and/or possession.

(That movie ‘Lucy’, as ridiculous as some scenes were, really spoke truth and it went right over so many people’s heads. The only thing that makes this reality “real” and that one seem “fake” or “fantasy” is matter and time matter gives us something tangible and time gives us proof. I explain the Astral Plane as being parallel to ours, and it goes on infinitely some people describe it as being layered, but to me and from my experience it isn’t it runs side by side to this existence.
